About Natarajan

Natarajan possesses professional chartered accountancy and cost accountancy qualifications with eight years of accounting and finance work experience in India, Indonesia and Hong Kong before pursuing a law degree at the University of Cambridge. Natarajan was with Drew & Napier’s banking, finance and securities group prior to joining Camford Law Corporation.

Areas of Practice

Natarajan heads the capital markets, insolvency and reorganisation practice groups and co-manages the tax practice group.

• Acting for issuers on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and the Catalist Board of the Stock Exchange of Singapore


• Post-listing compliance matters including rights issue, bonus issue, private placements and other capital issues, acquisitions and disposals and major transactions


• Issue of Euro convertible bonds by a Singapore listed company


• Voluntary offer under the Singapore Code on Take-Overs and Mergers


• Acquisition of a Singapore information technology company by an Indian listed company and securitisation of its assets in favour of an Indian bank


• Acting for a leading supermarket chain in its alliance agreement with a global petroleum group


• Corporate restructuring, scheme of arrangement and capital reduction


• Representing large property developers in connection with development projects and dealing with property authorities in connection with various licensing matters


• Sale and purchase of property and refinancing


• Sale and purchase of shares and business
